Who We Are
Principal

Chris Martin is Principal at Resolve Accounting & Taxation. Chris has a Bachelor of Economics Degree (accounting major) from the University Of Adelaide. He is a Chartered Accountant,Tax Agent and member of the NTAA.
Chris has accrued over 24 years of experience during his career and has worked in both public practice and the corporate sector.
Chris’s experience in public practice includes the following; tax (both personal and business), management accounting, business planning, business development and budgeting, financial planning, book-keeping and audit.
Whilst in the corporate sector Chris filled the position of Chief Financial Officer. Chris has had extensive experience within the Franchising industry.
Chris applies this extensive professional experience to each of his clients’ particular needs. In doing so he assists his clients to achieve their dreams, goals and objectives whilst at the same time pay the least amount of tax legally.
Chris's broad experience is invaluable to assist his clients to achieve business success and overcome their corporate challenges. Chris takes a personal interest in each of his clients and thrives on working as a team to overcome challenges on the exciting road to business success.
Outside work Chris enjoys spending time with his family, gym, fishing, boating, travelling and has a keen interest in classic cars.

Our Team is required to undergo continual training to ensure that they are always up to date and able to offer our clients the best possible service.

Our Clients
Our clients come from all over Australia and include individuals, sole traders, family and non family partnerships, companies, trusts and not for profit associations.
We have a large number of mum and dad investors who have investments ranging from shares through to negatively geared rental properties. This is a specialty area of this practice.
Our business clients include but are not limited to investment income, wholesaling distributors, tradespeople, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, doctors, legal practitioners and primary producers.
Every client is important to us and we strive to get to know each of their businesses personally.
We will never take our client relationship for granted. The relationship with our client is paramount.

Resolve Accounting & Taxation commenced in 2003 when Chris Martin moved into small offices on Magill Road Maylands. After several years of growth the office was moved to larger premises and is now located in prestigious premises at 44 Fullarton Rd Norwood. Our small but happy and dedicated team of professionals is here to help you achieve your goals and objectives with the least possible stress.
